Awaba Waste Management Facility is located at 367 Wilton Road, Awaba. Opening hours are between 8am-4pm everyday (except Christmas Day).

At the Awaba Waste Management Facility, you can dispose of:

Disposal of special waste needs prior approval from the Awaba Waste Management Facility Supervisor. Ph: 02 4959 3337.

Clean fill

$170 per tonne

Prior approval with the Awaba Waste Management Facility Supervisor is required, subject to the following criteria:

  • quantities over 50 tonnes only
  • suitability of material for operational purposes will be confirmed prior to delivery
  • evidence is required to confirm material is free from contamination.

Costs include GST and State Levy charges where applicable. These prices are valid from 1 July to 30 June 2017.

Please be aware that you cannot dispose of hazardous waste, liquid wastes and industrial wastes at the Awaba Waste Management Facility.

Community Recycling Centre

The Community Recycling Centre, located at the Awaba Waste Management Facility, provides the community with a safe way to dispose of household waste, free of charge.
