Some services and certificates can be applied for or lodged online.
Apply to prune or remove a tree
You will need to pay a tree preservation application fee during the lodgement process.
Just as if you were submitting the application form by email or in person, you will need to provide us with a site diagram during the lodgement process. Have the diagram ready to be sent as an attachment or use the system to generate one for you.
Lodge a BAL Certificate
Complying development on land with a bush fire attack level of BAL-29, BAL-19, BAL-12.5 or BAL-LOW will require a Bushfire Attack Level Risk Assessment Certificate issued by Council or an accredited Bushfire Consultant. You will need to pay a Bushfire Attack Level Certification fee during the lodgement process.
Lodge a Notice of Work (plumbing and drainage)
A Notice of Work (NoW) is a form that specifies the plumbing and drainage work to be carried out.
You will need to pay a plumbing and drainage inspection fee when you lodge a notice of works.
Installing or altering an existing sewage management system
The Local Government Act 1993 prescribes that the installation, alteration or construction of a waste treatment device requires approval by Council. See Sewage management systems for additional information.
Book a concept or pre-lodgement meeting
You will need to pay a concept or pre-lodgement meeting fee when you book the meeting.
For pre-lodgement meetings, you will need to attach and submit required documentation.
