Payments can be made with Visa and Mastercard and may be charged a 0.6% credit card processing fee for online payments. Payments made by BPAY or Direct Debit do not attract a surcharge fee. To discuss other payment options please contact our Customer Service Centre 02 4921 0333 Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.

If you're making a debtor or account payment, please have the following information ready:

  • Debtor account number
  • Invoice number

These numbers can be found on any Debtor Statement, Invoice or correspondence from Council in relation to your account.
