Rates ensure we can deliver services to our community, from maintaining and improving our road network and sport and recreation facilities, to environmental protection, libraries, galleries, lifeguards, and many other services.

If you need more information about your rates, you can enquire online for:

  • A copy of your rate notice
  • Current outstanding payment information
  • Rate payment history
  • Confirmation on where your rates are currently being posted
  • Confirmation if there is a pension concession on your account

  • Property owners name, including their middle name if applicable
  • Property address you are enquiring about
