In accordance with Section 46(1) of the Local Government Act 1993 Lake Macquarie City Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider granting an easement for electricity and other purposes as part of Council land known as 1A Maude Street, Belmont (Lot 1 DP 115378).
The purpose of the easement is for providing an electrical kiosk to the Belmont Sports Complex. The proposed easement will be 2 metres by 3.8 metres wide and located along the south boundary of Council’s land. The proposed easement is to be granted in perpetuity.
The granting of the proposed easement is subject to payment to Council of compensation in respect of the easement.
Any person is entitled to make a submission with respect to the proposed easement. Please send submissions via email to [email protected] within 28 days of the date of this notice.
