In accordance with Section 34 of the Local Government Act 1993 Lake Macquarie City Council intends to classify the land known as 6 Charles Street, Edgeworth, being Lot 45 and 46, Section 2 in Deposited Plan 2149, Parish of Teralba, County of Northumberland, and Local Government Area of Lake Macquarie, as ‘Operational Land’.
Council has resolved that, subject to no objections being received, the land known as 6 Charles Street, Edgeworth (Lot 45 and 46, Section 2, DP 2149) be classified as ‘Operational Land’.
