Self-access at Cardiff Library, Speers Point Library and Wangi Library Creative Hub is available between 7am-7pm during this period. This is for existing users only and limited support is available.

Borrowed items can be returned to branches with after hours chutes (excluding Swansea and Sugar Valley Library Museum). All loans due in the closure period will be extended until 8 January 2024.

From 22 December 2023, Swansea Library’s operating hours will change. The library will continue to open 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. The library will now be closed on Sundays, and open from 9am-12pm on Saturdays.
