Classification of land at 20 The Boulevarde, Killingworth
Council will discuss approving classification of the land known as 20 The Boulevarde, Killingworth as operational land, in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993.
Lake Macquarie Private Hospital Gateshead planning proposal
Council will discuss endorsing a planning proposal to amend height of buildings map and zoning in the Lake Macquarie Local Environment Plan 2014, amending the plan, noting submissions received in public exhibition and outcomes of the state agency consultation and notifying those who made a submission of council’s decision.
General amendment to Lake Macquarie Development Control Plan 2014
Council will discuss preparing a general amendment to the Lake Macquarie Development Control Plan 2014, exhibiting the amendment for 28 days and receiving a report on feedback received during exhibition, as well as any proposed changes.
Residential flat building and commercial premises at 9 and 11 Gen Street, Belmont
Council will discuss endorsing a development standard variation under the Lake Macquarie Local Environment Plan 2014 to increase maximum height allowances at, and approving a development application for, a residential flat building and commercial premises at Belmont.
Amendment to reclassification proposal - 2022 Housekeeping Amendment to Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014
Council will discuss removing 4a Clare Street, Glendale and 38 Alison Street, Redhead, from the Housekeeping Amendment to the Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014.
