Watagan Park, Cooranbong, planning proposal and revised North Cooranbong Precinct Area Plan

Council will discuss a planning proposal for Watagan Park, Cooranbong, proceeding to Gateway Determination and, if successful, public exhibition.

Planning proposal to rezone land at 1377 Hue Hue Road, Wyee, and amendment to the Wyee West Precinct Area Plan

Council will discuss requesting a Gateway Determination for a Planning Proposal to rezone parts of Hue Hue Road, Wyee, to facilitate residential development.

Planning proposal to rezone land at 482 Bushells Ridge Road, Wyee

Council will discuss endorsing a planning proposal to rezone land from Infrastructure to Low Density Residential in Wyee.

Wangi Wangi - Part of Darly Terrace - Proposed road closure

Council will discuss approving closure of a section of road on Darly Terrace, Wangi Wangi, for sale to the owners of 11 Darly Terrace, Wangi Wangi.

Mount Hutton - Part of 23 Dunkley Parade - Proposed acquisition for road widening

Council will discuss approving the purchase of 23 Dunkley Parade, Mount Hutton, for the purposes of public road.

Bennetts Green - 25 Statham Street - Proposed sale of land

Council will discuss approving the sale of 25 Statham Street, Bennetts Green.

Donations requests

Council will discuss approving the donation of $1400 of in-kind services to Hunter Heart Safe for the installation and one replacement battery for four Automated External Defibrillators (AED) in Croudace Bay, Warners Bay, Valentine and Speers Point.

Child Safe Policy

Council will discuss adopting the new Child Safe Policy and Council Code of Conduct documents.

Leasing of hall at 5 Minmi Road, Edgeworth to community organisation

Council will discuss granting a lease over 5 Minmi Road Edgeworth to St Vincent De Paul for a term of one year with a four-year option at a rental rate of $3350 per annum.

Naming of new park at Murrays Beach

Council will discuss endorsing the name ‘Karakai Park’ for the new park being developed at 90 Lake Forest Drive, Murrays Beach.
