Council will discuss endorsing a Planning Proposal and adopting an Area Plan for Ramsgate Estate.

Compulsory acquisition – 132 Freemans Drive, Morisset

Council will discuss the compulsory acquisition of an easement for drainage of water over part of the Crown Land at 132 Freemans Drive, Morisset.

Acquisition for road widening – Alton Road intersection, Cooranbong

Council will discuss the compulsory acquisition of land on Central Road and Freemans Drive, Cooranbong, for the purposes of road widening.
