Chief Executive Officer’s Performance Review
Council will consider noting a Mayoral Minute on the results of the 2022 review of the Chief Executive Officer’s performance.
Election of Deputy Mayor
Council will consider electing a Deputy Mayor for a term of one year to September 2023.
Investment Report – July 2022
Council will consider receiving and noting a report identifying all money Council has invested under section 625 of the Local Government Act 1993.

Planning proposal Morisset Park – 69C, 81, 81D and 85 Trinity Point Drive
Council will consider requesting a gateway determination from the Department of Planning and Environment in relation to the draft planning proposal for Morisset Park.
Council will also consider undertaking consultation and placing the planning proposal on exhibition, subject to the outcome of the gateway determination.
Adoption Catherine Hill Bay Precincts Master Plan
Council will consider adopting the Catherine Hill Bay Precincts Master Plan.
Recommendations of the Traffic Facilities and Road Safety Committee
Council will consider approving signage and line marking plans associated with the upgrade of the intersection of Freemans Drive and Patrick Drive, Cooranbong, and installing a give way restriction at the intersection of Elizabeth and Evelyn streets and Hollows Place, Floraville.
Council site inspection – Proposed shared pathway – Lonus Avenue, Whitebridge
Council will consider approving further investigations of a resident’s concerns and assessment of potential risks that can be mitigated during project development and design of a proposed shared pathway at Lonus Avenue, Whitebridge.
