Proposed road closure and subsequent sale - Valentine
Council will consider closing an unformed road adjoining 17 and 19 Valentine Crescent, Valentine, through to Croudace Bay Park, selling a section of road to the owners of the above address and classifying a section of the land as community land for consolidation with Croudace Bay Park.
Proposed road closure and subsequent sale – Cardiff
Council will consider closing part of an unformed laneway joining 6 Wansbeck Valley Road, Cardiff, and selling a section of the laneway to the owners of an adjoining property.
Proposed purchase of 25 Bushrock Road, Ryhope
Council will consider purchasing 35 Bushrock Road, Ryhope, for $20,000 and giving public notice of Council’s proposal to classify the property as operational land upon acquisition.
Requests for donations
Council will consider approving 12 donations for a total of $22,679 in the annual round of requests under the donations program.
