Lake Macquarie Business Excellence Awards

Council recommended accepting the ongoing management of the Lake Macquarie Business Excellence Awards.

The annual awards celebrate individuals, businesses, and their achievements in Lake Macquarie City.

Lake Macquarie Mayor Kay Fraser said managing the awards was an important way for Council to support the 14,000 plus businesses across the city.

“The Lake Macquarie Business Awards have grown substantially over the past 12 years, with a record 146 nominations received in 2023,” she said.

“The awards showcase the innovation, ingenuity and excellence of businesses operating in our city, and Lake Macquarie’s appeal as a prosperous place to set up shop.”
