We're seeking exhibitors to be part of the You're Kidding Me Expo at Charlestown Square from Monday 13 - Friday 17 May 2024.
The expo, sees services in our local community come together to showcase to families (and each other) the variety of support, programs and resources available across the city and the Hunter Region.
The week-long event aims to showcase services, children's activities and entertainment, development assessments and giveaways.
Last year, the expo saw a significant increase in the number of new parents with infants on Mondays. As a response, we are considering designating Mondays as a dedicated 'New Parents Day.' Please be mindful of this when nominating your programs or services, especially if they cater to this specific demographic.
If your service would like to participate in the expo, please complete this application form by Friday 8 March 2024.
Exhibitor stalls will be confirmed by Friday 22 March 2024.
Hosting a stall is free, as is entry for families.
