Report illegal dumping

The Regional Illegal Dumping (RID) Program operates in Lake Macquarie to help prevent illegal dumping.

Illegal dumping differs from littering in that it involves a considerable amount of waste, and a vehicle has normally been used to transport the waste to the dump site. You can report littering through our 'Report an issue' page.

You can report illegal dumping using the following methods:

Abandoned shopping trolleys

You can report lost, stolen or abandoned shopping trolleys directly to the collector services:
