Procedures/Policy and Forms
A wide range of Policy/Procedures exist to guide the Service and Educators in delivery of the FDC early education and care service. These are designed to meet minimum mandatory requirements for the health, safety and wellbeing of children, as well as promote quality standards of practice aligned with advice from recognised authorities. Each Procedure outlines responsibilities, and provides link to relevant source documents, guidance material, and associated forms and consents.
Procedures are located in Lake Mac FDC’s software program – Harmony.
Educators are provided access to Harmony upon registration with Lake Mac FDC. This gives them access to all applicable Procedures, forms, and primary source documents.
Parents are able to access Lake Mac FDC Procedures in the Harmony Parent Portal. Families are supplied log-in details to access the Parent Portal upon registration. Registered families are also able to contact our Lake Mac FDC office at any time to refresh their log-in if needed.
