A Section 603 Certificate outlines any outstanding rates, charges and debts payable to Council in relation to a property.
This certificate is often needed before a property settlement and is commonly referred to as a Section 603 - Rating Certificate.
There is a fee payable for each Section 603 certificate.
The usual processing time for a Section 603 certificate is 2 business days from the date of payment.
