The HNECC PHN has commissioned the Commonwealth Psychosocial Support (CPS) program to be delivered across our region from 1 July 2022.
CPS provides non-clinical services to people with severe mental ill health, who aren’t accessing NDIS, to help build functional capacity and enable personal recovery.
Providers that are delivering the service are Anglicare for the New England North West Regions, Flourish for the Mid Coast and Upper Hunter regions, Hunter Primary Care for Greater Newcastle and New Horizons for Lake Macquarie and Central Coast regions.
