Expressions of interest are now open for DBT 4 Teens, a structured, 12-week Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills training group program designed specifically for young people aged 13-17 years who may be struggling with emotional regulation, self-harming behaviours, impulsivity, and interpersonal difficulties. What’s included: - A 90-minute face-to-face onboarding appointment with the program therapist prior to the first session. - Introductory recorded webinar to help participants get familiar with DBT and group structure before starting the program. - Twelve face-to-face group sessions with a focus on interactive, skill-building activities. - Three recorded webinars for parents/carers to help them support their teens in integrating DBT skills into daily life Face-to-face session details: Start Date: 17 March 2025 Day/Time: Mondays, 4-5.30pm (during school terms) Location: Edgeworth Memorial Neighbourhood Centre (Large Meeting Room) Program Format: Open – new participants can join at the beginning of each module (every 3-4 weeks, depending on capacity).
