Please note children under 10 years must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
For children 10 -14 years, if a parent or guardian is not staying at the venue, they must be signed in and out of the activity by an adult. We also ask that you complete the Under 18’s consent form with emergency contact information.
About the venue: The Charlestown Library, located on Smart St has undercover onsite parking with accessible parking available from the public carpark adjacent to the building, that provides direct access via a ramp into the library. The venue has accessible toilets. The library is easily accessed by public buses.
This event may be photographed and filmed and your image could be used in advertising and promotion by Lake Macquarie City Council. Should you wish to not be photographed or filmed please advise event organisers on entry at the event.
