Join the Newcastle Astronomical Society, as they point their telescopes to the sky above Lake Macquarie for a night of stargazing.
Learn how to navigate your way to the Milky Way and beyond, as the society members share their love, enthusiasm and knowledge of all things stars and the universe with you.

*Please note there is no need to print your tickets off for this event, the staff can provide electronic check upon entry.

About The Newcastle Astronomical Society aims to promote the study of astronomy and further public interest in astronomy.
The Multi-Arts Pavilion, mima (MAP mima) is located in Speers Point Park, on the edge of Lake Macquarie. It can be reached easily from the lake foreshore cycleway, the water, or by public transport. There is ample parking in the Creek Reserve Road carpark. Parking is also available at the Park Road carpark at the eastern end of Speers Point Park.
This event may be photographed and filmed and your image could be used in advertising and promotion by Lake Macquarie City Council. Should you wish to not be photographed or filmed please advise event organisers on entry at the event.
