Discover the incredible characteristics of extinct and critically endangered animals at this hands-on workshop.
Find out how these species fit into the history of the animal kingdom and why they have become extinct or are under thtreat.
Enjoy a line drawing tutorial, animal quiz and a mystery animal drawing activity.
Then after the workshop with Sami, participants can stay and create an artwork inspired by Sami’s book to take home.
Suitable for ages 5 years plus.
Books will be available for sale and signing on the day.
Workshop with Sami Bayly: 11am-12noon
Artmaking: 12noon – 1pm.
Cost: $8 per child, plus booking fee.
Lake Mac Arts Members: $7.20 per child, plus booking fee.
Accompanying adults are free.
About the venue: The Warners Bay Theatre can be accessed via a ramp on Lake St and flat entry once inside the building. The venue has accessible toilets and accessible parking is available out the front on Lake Street.
