Zumba Fun class with Julie

Zumba is a fitness program that involves a fun workout to Latin-inspired dance. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. It becomes your 'Happy Place'.

Rhythms of Recycling: Creating Music from Waste Workshop with Earthen Rhythms Drumming

Rhythms of Recycling - Creating Rhythms from Waste. Come and join in the rhythm fun when Earthen Rhythms combines the power of African Drumming with “Found Sound,” items that would otherwise be waste from around your home. Completely fun, interactive and creative music workshop for all ages and abilities.

The art of Uyghur Muqam (Mucam)  originated from Norwest region of China. In 2005, UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization) proclaimed the Uyghur Muqam as a masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Cultural Heritage.

There are five different forms of Mukam dances which all are named after the places of their origin. Our first dance, Hami Senam shows a very unique dance style from Hami.
