Join Gina at 11:30am on the main stage where she will share her awe-inspiring journey of living in the Australian wilderness. Paul West: Self-described "Food grower, family feeder, and yarn spinner," Paul West is not just the beloved host of the cult-hit ABC show River Cottage Australia, but also the co-founder of the amazing 'Grow It Local' movement. Catch Paul on the main stage at 10am for his inspiring talk, "Grow Food, Save the World." He’ll be sharing insights on how home food growers can make the world a better place, one veggie patch at a time. Afterward, he'll be meeting some budding student gardeners as the guest judge of the Allambi Care School Garden Bed Competition. Don't miss out on this chance to get inspired and learn from one of the best in the biz!  

Steph De Sousa: The talented Steph de Sousa will be joining us at the Living Smart Festival, cooking up a storm in the Eat Zone kitchen! You may remember Steph from her time on Masterchef, but she's since taken the social media world by storm with over a million followers! Steph will be running a cooking demo in the kitchen titled ‘Dinner from the bottom of the fridge’, in which she’ll make veggie crisper fritters with raita and a quickle (quick pickle). Catch Steph in the Eat Zone kitchen tent at 12pm.
