Due to the success of the recent 12 week IncludingYOU Art Workshops held at the Museum of Art and Culture, yapang - MAC this year, the IncludingYOU program, MAC and the Windale hub, bilyabayi, have partnered together to continue this great program for people living with a disability.
The art workshops are also a place for people to connect, build networks, be creative and learn new skills.
An art workshop will run fortnightly from 10am to 12noon, alternating each fortnight between two creative spaces. The Windale hub on the first Thursday of each month and then at MAC on the 3rd Thursday of each month, up until the end of December 2024.
Each fortnight IncludingYOU invites people living with a disability and their support worker if required, to come and join in with the art activities in one of these creative spaces, exploring different art techniques and options such as the use of acrylic paint, water colour, drawing, assemblage art etc.
