CPR and first aid awareness for parents of infants and children

Lake Mac Lifeguards will be running free CPR and first-aid presentations for parents at Lake Mac Libraries in July and August 2024.

These sessions will cover the latest first-aid techniques and how to respond in an emergency. 

Topics include:

  • Rendering first-aid to children
  • How to treat an anaphylactic allergic reaction
  • What to do in emergency situations
  • How to do CPR on children
  • How to use a defibrillator

All sessions are free and bookings are not required.

CPR and first-aid sessions:

  • Monday 8 July – Toronto Library - 10.30am-12pm
  • Friday 30 August – Sugar Valley Library Museum – 10.30am-12pm
