CPR and first aid awareness for adults and seniors

Lifeguards at a First Aid workshop

Lake Mac Lifeguards will be running free CPR and first-aid presentations for adults and seniors at Lake Mac Libraries in June and August 2024.

These sessions will cover the latest CPR and first-aid techniques for adults.

Topics include:

  • Treating cuts and lacerations
  • What to do in the case of a fall
  • Signs and symptoms of a stroke or heart attack
  • How to do CPR and use a defibrillator

All sessions are free and bookings are not required.

CPR and first-aid sessions:

  • Friday 14 June - Toronto Library - 10.30am-12pm
  • Friday 16 August– Swansea Library - 10.30am-12pm
