Join Uncle Amos, a proud Wiradjuri, Worimi/Birapi man, as he shares his stories and knowledge of local flora and fauna, artefacts and didgeridoo performance in the stunning Glenrock State Conservation Area.
This walk and talk will involve venturing into Glenrock Reserve, on potentially uneven and slippery ground, that includes stairs and slight uphill sections. Uncle Amos will Guide participants down to Leichardt Lookout, and the surrounding area. If you have limited mobility, please register for our wheelchair accessible event.
Important participant requirements:
- This event is for people aged 5+ years.
- Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
- All attendees require a ticket (ie parents and children)
- All participants MUST wear protective clothing, hat, sunscreen and enclosed nonslip shoes (no Crocs or thongs).
- Bring water.
