Amputees and Associates, Newcastle and Northern Region Inc was established in 1976. The association has been providing peer support and assistance to new and old amputees and associates for 40 years. Peer support includes hospital visitation, pre and post amputation. Do you have a problem need assistance and don't know who to contact? Give us a call if we don't know, we will try and find the answer for you. Come along, the group meets bi-monthly) in the second week of every second month (due to seasonal changes, phone for the meeting time & venue). Membership for Amputees $15.00 annually, includes a quarterly Amputee Journal and other benefits after 12 months membership. Associate (non-amputee) Membership is $10.00 annually.
