ActiveStrongerBetter

ActiveStrongerBetter is a low-moderate intensity exercise program delivered by a qualified fitness professional that brings older people together in the community. It is a safe and fun way to keep fit, build strength and confidence for physical and mental health.

Most sessions are group classes, with music and equipment. You can work at your own pace and the leader is qualified to help you find and adapt the right exercise for you.
